About Casa Monica

Located above the Marina de la Torre golf course, a short walk down to the Marina Playa beachfront, with four 4-star hotels already catering for Spanish and International tourists and the area's only 5-star hotel and casino being constructed beside the golf course, there is much to praise about the location. A short 10 minute drive will find you along the 8km Playa Medditerano of Mojacar with wonderful restaurants, more beaches and the Esplanade walkway. The same distance will find you transported up to the historic Mojacar Pueblo town with it's unique whitewashed houses clinging to the hillside. There is much more to keep any travel or sporting enthusiast busy during a holiday stay in Casa Monica.

So, what is special about Casa Monica? - Perhaps it is the uninterrupted panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Almeria coastline from the front balcony and exclusive spacious rooftop sun terrace, but there is much more for you to find out.

The Penthouse apartment is fully furnished for every modern convenience, with one master double bedroom and a 2nd twin bedroom, capable of sleeping 4 adults comfortably. It is tastefully decorated and furnished in bright Mediterranean colours to provide a light, relaxing, holiday retreat.

Other facilities include a fully fitted, modern kitchen with 4-hob cooker & oven, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and all necessary utensils. The apartment has a single bathroom / toilet, TV & DVD, mini hi-fi, and radiators for winter heating.

Rooftop Terrace:

Large, unrestricted (no upper apartments) terrace area with fantastic views of the Mediterranean / Almeria coastline and golf course below. Twin sunbeds, table and sun-chairs. Shower point and lighting.

Others:

All bed-linen and towels provided, change of linen available weekly. Cleaning service can be arranged separately. Iron & Iron-board, vacuum cleaner.

Car Parking is at street level or upper roadway.

Transport:

The beach is a five minute walk downhill and along the Playa there is a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

Car Hire is recommended  for ease of transport - we recommend CarJet.com, contact website is http://www.carjet.co.uk, with pick-up available at the airport.

For those without a car there is a bus service from the main road to any point along the Playa, to the picturesque village of Mojacar and the busy fishing port of Garrucha.

Almeria Airport is 45 minutes by car / bus, Murcia Airport approx. 1.5 hours by car and Alicante Airport is approx. 2.5 hours travel by car.
